Ecohelix has received Environmental Permit for scale-up of the demo production


Ecohelix has received an environmental permit to expand the production in the current demo plant from 20 ton per year to 500 ton. Plant is located in Örnsköldsvik´s industrial area, alongside Domsjö Fabriker´s pulp mill. Environmental permit process includes the evaluation of environmental impacts of the plant to the nearby surroundings and people.

Ecohelix announces that it has received a SEK 13 million grant from Vinnova, Sweden´s Innovation Agency. The grant enables Ecohelix to bring its sustainable biopolymer WOODMER® to the market.
